Rev. (Mrs) Trudy Amosaa Wright was born to the Rev. George K. Osei  (of blessed memory) and Madam Lilian Quarcoo, an active member of the Rev. Peter Kwei Dagadu Memorial Methodist Church, Osu, Accra. She had her secondary school education at Labone Secondary School, Accra. After working with the then Multi-Stores, Accra and serving as a local Preacher of the Methodist Church (Accra Circuit) for some years, she entered into ministry. She gained admission to the Trinity Theological Seminary, Legon in the year 2000.   She was commissioned in 2003 and ordained three years later in 2006 at the Akyem-Oda Conference at the Wesley Cathedral, Akyem-Oda.

She holds a Diploma in Ministry and Bachelor of Theology degree from the Trinity Theological Seminary.Prior to her first station, she was attached to the Accra Circuit for some few months and in September 2003, stationed as the resident minister of the Emmanuel Methodist Church, Ashalley Botwe under the Madina Circuit. She served the Madina Circuit for six years, after which she was posted to St. Mark Methodist Church Society under the Kwarshieman Circuit as the resident Minister. Two years after pastoring the St Mark Society, she gained a scholarship for further studies at Cliff College, U.K (Affiliate to Manchester University, U.K) where she obtained her Master of Arts degree in Missions, Children and Youth.

Rev. (Mrs) Trudy Wright is currently the Resident Minister of  Grace Methodist Church Society, Laterbiokorshie under the Abossey-Okai Circuit. She is married to Mr. Peter Ofotsu Wright, an Accountant with Deloitte & Touche (Audit and Assurance Services Unit).The couple are blessed with three children. Rev. Mrs Trudy Wright is a woman of humble disposition but very principled. She has a special interest for the physical and spiritual welfare of the flock. She has passion for visiting aged and infirm members as well as attending to the needs of the vulnerable.
